Are you a business broker?
No. We’re a matchmaker, not a broker. No commissions, ever. We make introductions and don't take a cut of your sale. When you and a buyer decide to move forward, you work out the deal with your own advisors, such as your attorney and accountant.
What does it cost to sell my business through you?
Nothing. It's free for business owners, and there's no fee when your business sells. Buyers pay a flat membership to be presented to owners like you. We’re a matchmaker, not a broker. No commissions, ever.

What kinds of buyers will I meet?

What is seller financing, and do I have to offer it?
Seller financing means you carry part of the price as a note that the buyer pays you back over time, usually with interest. You don't have to offer it, but being open to it often attracts more buyers, especially individuals and SBA-loan buyers. Talk it through with your accountant and attorney.
I'm not sure I'm ready yet. Can I still sign up?
